Order and confirmation missing

Hi I just ordered a laptop online and I got the page of order number -removed by admin-, but it is not showing up on my order history nor did I receive an email confirmation. I need to know if the order went through or the bank rejected it or something.

Looking into this, the order was placed outside our business hours and should have been processed this morning during regular store hours (10am-9pm).
