Need advice on a new build for UE5

Newbie here.. Looking to build to rig that can handle rendering and some animation in Unreal Engine5. Came across some specs from a vid that might work? Looking to spend less than 3K. Also I want to have this built by microcenter so I don't mess it up. I know I must be missing something.

    Take a look at the bundle offer now that Micro Center is offering, A Core i9 13900k, ASUS Tuf Z790, and 32 GB DDR5 RAM for $799. I think if you start with that and add the rest of this to it you've have amazing value for less than $3k
