I Don't know anything about capture cards, so I am not sure of what kind of capture I would need for this.

I have been using an older Elgato external capture card myself for the last 5 years. I like it alot and it has served me well. They have a new updated version that can capture at 4k30 or 1080p60 in HDR10 which is better than the outdated model I have. It is the Elgato HD60 X. Hopefully this will work well for you!
