Open Box Defective RAM
Purchased Open Box ram, and after having blue screens, and doing memtest, figured out that the ram was causing the issues. I know I'm well within the return period, and am able to return the ram, but can I exchange it instead for the same model RAM?

Hi,
when you exchange it the total amount you spent will be taken off the price of another kit. Any excess can be returned to your account or a gift card.
