Question on Heatsink and memory

I have decided to go with I7 Pentium 2700K Alder Lake. It comes with a package with the Intel Z690 Motherboard and 16 Gb DDR4 GSkills RipJaw Ram for $349. I already have the Montech case that has 4 fans inside.

My first question is: The I7 says Heatsink not included. Don't I need a heatsink even with 4 cooling fans and what heatsink should I get?

Second Question: I don't think 16 Gb ram is enough. Since the package comes with 2 - 8 Gb DDR4, is smart to get 2 additional 8 Gb ram filling all 4 slots on motherboard and having total of 32 Gb ram?

Yes, you would need a heatsink for that processor and I would suggest something like the DeepCool AK500 ZERO DARK.

16GB of ram is more than enough for most people, but depending on your needs, you may require 32GB and you could just purchase a 32GB separately, giving you 48GB total or keeping the 16GB as a spare.
