The games or applications you wish to run = triple A games such as cyberpunk, and Destiny 2. I also wish to use it for some potential editing or streaming

The main issue I'd see with your build is that you don't have a proper power supply picked out to match up with a 4090 video card, it's going to recommend a 1000W supply and it isn't recommended to try to go lower than what the manufacturer recommends especially if you're going for a top of the line video card.
You also do not have any sort of Windows picked out for your build from the list I see here.
