Best build for $1500?

I've never built one before. So, I don't have much experience. Putting it together seems like the easy part, I just don't know anything about parts.

As stated, budget is around $1500. I'll be using it for gaming, and I need it to be able to run Unreal 5 with ease for development projects.

I already have 2 monitors, a keyboard.

I'd be going to the Denver Micro Center, if that helps. As far as colors, I'd like white, but I'm not too picky.

I’m not so sure of that 5600x3d with a 6950xt, the 7600x or I5 12600k may be a better option, and for the SSD, you can get a WD SN770 for $50 at Newegg (and micro center will price match) which is probably better
