I would say the RTX 4070 in the G443 is capable of running most titles at 1440p at a solid refresh rate, but for Tarkov in particular, it's far more CPU intensive than GPU. The 13700KF should be plenty fast enough though, so I wouldn't worry too much there.
If you plan on streaming while playing Tarkov, make sure you use your GPU for encoding. Since Tarkov is CPU intensive, software encoding on the processor will absolutely tank your FPS, far more than simply using the GPU's HVENC encoder.
Lastly, make sure you pair it with a decent VRR monitor. Most modern 1440p panels have VRR built in (FreeSync Compatible or G-Sync) so if you do experience from frame dips, it'll help smooth it out so it isn't so jarring.
