I cannot connect to my second monitor or get any sound

sorry if this is a dumb or simple repair, I'm new to this. My computer crashed while playing a game, and when it came back on, it could no longer produce any sound except and couldn't detect my second monitor. The cables all work and turning it off and on again did nothing.
does anyone have any insight? I'm Using a Powerspec G464

Sounds like the GPU driver is throwing an error. Right click "Start" and then go to "Device Manager" and expand "Display Adapters". See if there's a bang on the GPU. If so, double click on it and see what it says.
