Order History
Why do my orders not show up on my account?
None of them show up online.
When I try to add one with the receipt number it lets me but why doesn't it show automatically?

Greetings,
An Insider account online (not a Community account here) would only show purchases after the account has been manually created. So if your account was not created before the purchase, it wouldn't automatically link online, therefore that is why the option to manually add an order would be there.

How do I know what kind of account I have? I created this account years ago and it showed like one purchase initially but then none of my other purchases show up. 🤷♂️

I had the same issue, but was fixed after contacting support through Live Chat. The representative updated my account and told me to log out and back in. After that, I see my order history is restored.

I'm going to quote you both as this answer does relate to both of your questions as there does seem to be some confusion here. The Community website is a separate website from www.microcenter.com and wouldn't have any sort of order history stored here, so that has never changed. Community is a message board for Micro Center users.
Any order history is through https://account.microcenter.com/account/orders on the main website, You can verify in-store when you make a purchase at the cashier that they have the right email on file for you to verify receipts would go to your account. If you're looking for a specific purchase in a timeframe, you can use the search functions listed on that page, or if you do not see an order you have the receipt for, you can add it there by using the "Add an Order" function on that page directly.

Yeah, I'm talking about my account on microcenter.com
None of my transactions show up their.
I've verified my email and phone number matches up at checkout.
I don't understand the miss here.
I just signed up for a MC CC and made a transaction with it on my last visit and I've got nothing for that either.
The only email I received related to that was from Wells Fargo confirming I applied.
It's weird.

Can you sign out and back in on the main website and check again? I had our online sales team take a look to see if they could help resolve it but we'd just need you to refresh your login status to see.
