Building a pc that will be able to handle multitasking like streaming and gaming

So I currently have this laptop I bought (acer Nitro 5 15.6" FHD 144Hz Gaming Laptop, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, AMD Ryzen 5 5600H((>i7-11375H), Windows 11 Home(24GB|512GB SSD) and I recently put a 2tb ssd in it to hope for better improvement with the lag and i experience trying to stream and play a game but of course didn’t help much and still experiencing issues to a point I can only do one or another, I would like help on finding a pc build with a affordable price but being able to keep up and handle all the stuff I do on it. Or if there’s any way my laptop could be upgraded to perform at a higher rate would be great.

Well I don’t have the exact amount for one rn but I would be looking for one up to 1k or around that if there’s options that would actually work for that price, another example of something I want to do but struggling because of lag Is streaming the game assetto corsa and using vr with it, usage like that is what I need.

The problem you are having is most likely related to the processor on that system or your choice of media encoding, not the SSD. Live streaming is a very processor and encoding heavy workload and a Ryzen 5 is on the limit of even reasonable performance at 720p let alone 1080p live streams. I would recommend changing your media encoding from H.264 to NVENC to see if that helps alleviate some of the processor bottleneck. If that doesn't solve your problem, MSI has a pretty good deal on the Pulse 15 if you wanted to stick to a laptop. If you wanted to make the jump to desktop, I would fully recommend the PowerSpec G716 because it offers a load of upgrade potential when compared to a laptop and a very capable CPU for livestreaming right out of the box!

Thanks I’ll definitely look into this and with that desktop build you sent, would that be ready for high performance and multi tasking that I’d be doing? Because I am thinking of just buying a desktop
