Also, is the NH-D15 going to be enough cooling in the Torrent for the 7905x3d and the 4090?

I'd say the build looks great, the Torrent should come with enough fans to even handle that kind of configuration but if you wanted to add one more, an exhaust fan would not be bad to add to your list. I also did not see any operating system on your list, don't forget that otherwise your computer is going to be stuck at its BIOS screen!
