I know this camera system has been discontinued. My question is changed our wifi to the google nest new wifi and I am unable to connect to the app. Can you tell me how to change the old wifi to new wifi to try to see if it will connect?

Are you referring to the phone app or connecting to the DVR with a monitor+mouse etc. for the app?

Hi, 
So my Wdready box connects to the monitor and I can see the cameras are working- the last light which is red is blinking and once my WiFi was changed the app won’t connect. I know the app is not supported,

Which specific app are you trying to use?

It appears you can use a third-party app such as IMSeye for something like this, but apps like this would not be something we would have support available for at Micro Center.

Im my settings it says that N1C1 is disconnected. Do you know what that means

It also says my network is disconnected. 

My WiFi has changed since the cameras were installed and since then I have had a problem. 

Do I need to reconnect the WiFi and how would I go about doing that?
