OP here. I just swapped out the RX 580 today for an ASUS 6650 XT because it went on sale at Micro Center for $239.99. I also used the coupon I received for submitting this build to knock another $25 off the price! Didn't feel like paying 2x that for the 7800 XT...
This build with the MSI ARMOR MK2 RX 570 got a graphics score of 3879 on 3DMark Basic Time Spy.
This build with the ASUS RX 6650 XT got a graphics score of 9816 on 3DMark Basic Time Spy.
Overall improvement of 253%, which is in line with expectations when comparing the two GPUs.
