Miami hiring process

Before the grand opening, how do you guys do the hiring process. I’m in Georgia and I’m think about re locating to Miami and I should have my A+ by then. Could u apply before the opening nationwide? Or will you guys hire only locally before the opening. And if hiring nationwide, how can one get the notification that applications can be reviewed and received
