I cant change my rgb
I've deleted and reinstalled both Dragon Center and Msi Center and neither of them has worked for trying to turn my rgb off. I've followed another post with the same problem and I made the text document with the code to delete everything and it still won't work. The button on the case won't even change the colors anymore. Please help.

The Color and Mode buttons aren't responding at all? Could be a failed RGB controller on the chassis. This can be bypassed or replaced under the 1 year warranty.

If I do use the warranty now will it still last the full year? or would this be the only fix I could use it for?

It's still a full year warranty on the system.
