Static orange light on dram

I built my first pc last night and there was no display through hdmi. I checked the motherboard and saw the orange light. From online guides I reseated my rams in different slots and made sure they are locked in, but the orange light is still there;

1. When you turn it on does it go straight to DRAM? or does it go red then yellow? If you clear CMOS and watch the behavior what do you see? Does it reboot then finally rest on yellow?
2. Test with one stick installed.
3. Strix boasrd should have flashback, looks like it does from the rear IO picture. Flashing to the latest BIOS wouldn't be a bad idea as a troubleshooting step.

1. Yes, it goes straight to dram; no red or yellow light; it does the same thing without cmos…

2. Tested, no effect.

Update: does it mean my gpu is not connected properly?

You got it to POST. What changed?

I pressed the bios flsh button on the motherboard

You're still on a pretty old BIOS. Worth updating to the latest with the 1.0.0.7b AGESA firmware as a starting point.
