I would like to build a gaming PC, but I would like to use the adobe suite as well. Primarily for video and sound editing. I know a little info like the most money goes on the cpu and graphics card and intel or AMD is a better brand for the CPU. Fans are superior to Water cooling and I need at least 32 GB for what I want to do with the computer. I don't game 24/7 but when I do it's fps like Call of Duty and I also play overwatch when I'm not doing single player games. My budget is preferably $2000 and below, but I can stretch to $2500. I also know I'd need a mid tower case and bigger fans are quieter, but I'm not sure which brand name fans are best either.
Hi @mystifiedolive,
Here is a quick build I did, I have added a water cooler, but it can be switched out for a Noctua DH15 cooler if you prefer air cooling over water and they pricing would be about the same. There are 3 SSD/HDD's in this build, the 2TB Samsung would be your boot drive, the 4TB WD is your backup drive for video editing and the other 2TB would be for a scratch disk for video editing. The PC case is personal preference of course, so if the case I chose isn't something you like, your more than welcome to change it.
