CPU temp is 34 degrees Celsius, no processes using much CPU at all, but fan runs constantly. How to fix?
This is an i5-8400 running Windows 10 Home
Motherboard is ASRock H310M-HDV/M.2 System Board

You can change fan settings from the BIOS under H/W Monitor. Did the this change all of a sudden?
I was able to find an old sample of this system. Unfortunately the fan is straight to molex only. It runs full speed, no thermal control from the board. To control the fan speed you would need to replace the fan. It would be difficult to find a suitable replacement on this chassis. May be necessary to move the hardware into a new chassis.
I haven't opened it up to look yet, but are you saying I can't simply replace the fan?
When you say "hardware to a new chassis" do you mean new motherboard or new case?
New case. It's a 90mm fan, it's a little thicker than 25mm. It's going to be difficult to replace without modifying the case. If you want to bring it into your local store we'll check and see what we can do.
Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
