How long are orders "routed" before shipped?
I placed an online order with the fastest shipping speed and it's been in the "routed" status for a few hours now even though I was told it would ship by the end of the day. It's a very large and expensive order and I'm trying to schedule myself around to be available when it delivers but I'm finding it difficult to guess when it's going to ship and by extension, when it's going to be delivered.
