G439 RBG Suddenly Not Working
Last night I went into Mystic Light and set a custom color. I shutdown for the evening and after turning on my PC, the RBG is now out. Going into Mystic Light and also trying the "M" button on the case doesn't do anything.
All cables see to be intact.
Any suggestions?

If the mode buttons aren't working it's probably a failed controller. You can confirm by disconnecting one of the ARGB's from the rear controller and plugging it directly into a header on the board.

Thanks. Will try. If it is a failed controller, what is the next course of action?

Just let me know. I'll get you a new one.

Thanks. Unfortunately, it looks to be a failed controller.

I'll send you an email tomorrow morning and we'll get one for you.
