Fargo ND location considered?

The closest microcenter to us if over 220 miles away in MN. We arent a large city, but we do support a very large area of consumers. Fargo also has the 2nd largest Microsoft campus, so we have alot of technology-minded people here. Fargo is also the home of Lulzbot 3d printers and has a significant maker population as well. We have 3 universities in the area as well. I think there is enough demand in the area to easily support a Micro Center store.
