Who do I contact about a concern about in-store service?
The question says it all. If you want more details:
I recently had service plan work done on a PC I built, but purchased all the parts in-store. My CPU went bad after only a few months, sadly I got a defect unit it would seem. The technician was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience until I got home and looked into the case.

your receipt should have a survey link on it. It attaches to that transaction specifically and helps us link the sale with the concern.
