Need help with PC parts
Hello!
I'm starting to narrow down my build but I was hoping to get some feedback before purchasing the parts and driving 2.5 hours to my nearest MicroCenter.
I'd like to be able to play League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, and heavily modded Minecraft without issue. I also do a lot of school work on my PC and streaming movies/TV. Wi-Fi capability needs to be great because I am unable to connect via Ethernet cable. I'm hoping to get parts that are going to last me quite some time because I would rather not upgrade again for a while.
If there are any brands I should be looking for (or avoiding) in each of the areas below I would love to know!
Case: I am going for a white aesthetic and I am pretty committed to the white Fractal North tempered glass case, but I would probably consider something like the NZXT H9 Flow case if cooling issues are going to be an issue in the smaller Fractal North case.
CPU: I was originally going for an Intel I7-13700K but then someone told me that they change their socket nearly every year which makes it difficult to swap parts in the future, and recommended I go with an AMD AM5 instead - perhaps the Ryzen 9 7900X? I have no idea.
Motherboard: No idea what to get here. Needs good wifi.
RAM: People have been recommending DDR5. One person specifically recommended 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL30 for Ryzen 7000.
GPU: Both Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 and Radeon 7800 XT (white) have been recommended. I will be using 2 monitors with my setup.
SSD: Someone recommended a fast Gen4 2TB NVME SSD with DRAM cache. I feel like I would be fine with 1TB SSD but if 2TB isn't that much more expensive I'd be ok with that.
PSU: I'm thinking an 80+ Gold Certified 850W will be good here.
Cooling: The Fractal North only allows for a 240mm cooling unit and I am concerned this won't be enough. I've also never had liquid cooling before so this is probably the part that I am most concerned about - I want to make sure I get a system that doesn't break in a year.
Fans: I was told the Fractal North only comes with 2 fans so I think I need to purchase another 120mm fan.
Here is a build I have come up with so far:

Hi, What is the resolution and refresh rate of your monitors? Also, the Fractal Design North can fit a 360mm AIO in the front. I would recommend that for your CPU choice as they do run very hot.
