Need Help Choosing Parts - 5k budget

Hi there, I'm a VR Streamer and content creator using unity, unreal, blender, premiere pro, after effects, vrchat.

I currently have a dual pc setup using my laptop to stream the content from main pc. I want to make this PC a beast. 4.5k to 5k budget. I currently have a prebuild and was burned pretty bad by it (alienware).

Here's a quick list I made, with the shortage on 4090's it wasn't included in the pricing. I also didn't see an SSD so I added what I thought would be a really good choice. Also, since you choose the V3000 plus, we're you going to make this PC a dual system within the 1 case?
