A few hours ago I ordered a monitor to be shipped to my home,I was charged for it but I didn't get an email confirmation of the order. I did have it showing up as pending in my order history so I was confident it went through but now it disappeared from my order history and I have nothing to confirm that I am actually getting what I ordered. When should I expect an email letting me know when I should be getting my order?
Edit: I have now received an email and the order is showing up in history, maybe it was an issue of me ordering it at 2am but now that its a more reasonable hour things have been sorted.
Sorry for the delay in reply and sounds like that has been resolved for you. You would be correct, we only process orders during store hours.
