The software for the gm-75 wired-wireless gaming mouse

Ive gotten the software installed, and opening the software on my laptop, but when i try and change anything on it, and hit save, it comes up with 'device is disconnected' whether its plugged in wired or wirelessly, nothing changes, any help?

I'm not seeing a GM-75 mouse either on our website or via Google to see what specific brand/model of mouse this would be for, Can you provide me with a link to the item on www.microcenter.com that you would be inquiring about directly?
