New G714 stability/memtest issues

Recently picked up one of the open box G714 machines - have been running into some of the instability issues others have mentioned.

First issue was not being able to warm boot - I flashed the 1MC version to the bios and that seems to have fixed that issue and I no longer have issues booting. So far I have run into two issues:

-Intermittent game crashes (haven't played too much - this is only in Overwatch for now.

Ran memtest based on some of the other posts on this forum and ran into these errors almost immediately, more errors are found if the test continues to run:

I haven't overclocked anything or changed settings in the bios - run into this issue pretty quickly when running intelburntest:

Any help appreciated! Picked up the machine while visiting LA and don't live anywhere near a Microcenter store so would prefer to not have to take this into the shop :)

We can help and get parts sent out to you. Would you be comfortable removing one RAM stick and running HCI again or Memtestx86?
