Repair Estimated for one day on day 20, no contact from store

Hi, I dropped off my desktop I bought the parts and assembled from MicroCenter Madison Heights, and it has been 20 days now and I have had no updates on the service order, the repair technician has changed, I have tried to have an online customer service representative multiple times have the store reach out to me, and have physically been in store to hear there are no updates but it is on a technicians desk. I am unsure what to do, as I need this computer to complete the academic semester.

Went to store, nobody has touched or started diagnostic process. What do I do?

At this point home office is closed, but I sent a message along to see what can be done, as a service tech there for 20 years I know what things are supposed to look like, this is unusual for sure. Someone should reach out to you tomorrow.
