Micro Center credit card use
Can I apply for a Micro Center card and use it before receiving it?
If so, do I need to apply in store at time of purchase or can I do it online ahead of time?

If you apply in the store and get approval you'll be able to use it at that time with a temporary number that gets issued at that time. This is really how I'd recommend doing it.
