Can I return the motherboard after 15days

I’m now outside of the state, and I bought the bundle 10 days ago, and all the pc parts are shipped and when I starts build it, I found out that the motherboard is not working, but I’m not able to go to store and return it within 15 days, is there any ways to help me return the motherboard, I can ship it to the store if it’s available.
