PC upgrade for gaming - new graphics card and power supply?

Hi. I am planning on upgrading my PC in about a month or so. I have a budget of under $400. However, I would prefer cheaper if possible. I want to be able to play Hogwarts Legacy, Spider-Man Remastered, Spider-Man Miles Morales, Detroit: Become Human, Marvel's Midnight Suns, and Planet Coaster. I currently have an Asus Prime A320 MK motherboard, a Ryzen 3 2200G CPU, 16GB of DDR4 Ram in the form of 2 8GB Sticks, a Nvidia GeForce GT 1030, and a 430 Watt Power Supply. I do not have any liquid cooling systems. I am thinking of upgrading my graphics card to a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650. It is important to me that my graphics card and cpu have as small as possible a bottleneck if not no bottleneck between them. Would this graphics card be a good choice for this situation? And would I need to replace my power supply with one that provides more wattage? And if so which PSU would you recommend? When I try to research how much wattage I need for my PC with that graphics card, I get conflicting answers. I can provide additional details as necessary if what I have provided is not sufficient.
