Service Update

  • I brought my computer in to service last Thursday to have my wiring fixed, case fans fixed and to fix not being able to POST. That same day I was told my CPU was bad and I had the option to replace. I replied yes to the text and the only update I’ve received is the tech had to take a leave of absence and my computer has fallen into the diagnostic cue. My question is how long until I can expect some sort of update? Is my computer going to be able to be fixed? I find it extremely frustrating there is no number to call the tech and that I wasn’t given any information pertaining whether or not they would be able to fix everything I was asking for despite reaching out to the chat function and being told “it’s in our cue” multiple times.
