Havent received ALAN WAKE 2 redemption code

I've bought a PC with a 40series GPU (that had the promotion going) this Thanksgiving (2023) and still haven't received a code for the game from microcenter or Nvidia. Who do I contact to get the code? I've checked the website of microcenter for customer service, but all I could find was Computer repair help.
