Typically when there is an update for your repair, a store technician will reach out to you via your preferred form of contact. You can also access status updates by entering the reference number, which starts with SV from your repair check-in paperwork directly on the service website of the main Micro Center website. I know a couple of the stores have a significant backlog they are trying to work through. Hopefully yours is pretty close to ready.
