I have an elitedesk 800 g4. I want to pull the board and swap into a case with more room. the available space for a psu is too small to be able to upgrade my graphics card . does anybody know of a case I can fit the board, 1000 watt psu, and msi 2060. thank you!

Looking at the board online, looks custom for HP rather than being a standard ATX/mATX form factor.

Not many, it's pretty unique to that model unfortunately. If you're looking for an overall upgrade, you can replace the platform. We've got a 12900K, Z790 board and 32GB of DDR5-6000 for $400 right now. That's a pretty good deal.
