What to upgrade first

A few years ago I purchased parts to build my custom pc. I am looking to upgrade but not exactly sure where to start. If anyone would have a suggestion of what hardware to start with and which one in that category would fit in my build. I currently have

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1660 Super
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomshawk Max
RAM: Corsair Vengence LPX 16GB DDR4 3200
PSU: EVGA 600 BQ 80+ bronze
Storage: WB Blue 500 GB M.2 ssd and 1 tb hard disk
Case: NZXT H510 case
3 120mm fans.

My suggestion would be to consider upgrading either the motherboard or the graphics card. Getting a new graphics card would definitely yield the most noticeable change in performance based on your parts list here, but considering your B450 is probably only PCIE Gen 3, you might want to also get a board that has PCIE Gen 4 or above to get full bandwith to the new graphics card. That way you’re not bottlenecking performance.
