RAM Upgrade Acer Aspire E5-575-53C7 Laptop

I'm not very computer savvy so I'm hoping I can get some guidance regarding what RAM to buy to to upgrade 4GB of RAM to 16GB (if possible). Below is my laptop info. When I look at DDR4 RAM online there are numbers following that I'm not sure of, maybe speed or frequency numbers? I don't see comparable numbers when I look at my specs from Acer, so I'm confused.

Looks like it takes DDR4-2400 RAM, so you'd be looking for RAM such as what would be listed here: https://www.microcenter.com/search/search_results.aspx?Ntt=ddr4-2400&Ntx=mode+MatchPartial&Ntk=all&sortby=match&N=4294804240&myStore=false

Sorry for the delay in reply, so the ones listed as dual channel basically means it is 2 sticks of RAM and is intended to be used together in the same computer for optimal performance. The ones that don't list that should be for single sticks of RAM.

This is great thanks much! Looking at the RAM modules available I'm still unsure about best way to proceed with selecting. Why is one of the RAM modules listed as dual channel? Is having 2 memory slots the same as dual channel?
