How to get trade-in value of my GPU purchased as part of a complete system?

I bought a ASUS ROG PC two years ago with a RTX 3060 Ti GPU. There's not a way to use the website to determine the trade-in value since I didn't buy the card as a separate transaction. The Chat guy says I have to bring the card to the store to get a quote. This seems like a slap in the face for those of us that spend thousands for complete systems. Anyone at MC could look up my original order. Anyone at MC could give me a quote from the Cards serial number which I've offered to provide.

I'm posting this in hopes that someone at MC will reach out for the serial number and give me the quote.

The only trade-in or buy-back services we offer at this time is for video cards (GPUs) previously purchased from Micro Center after an in-store consultation of the card's condition and performance. Outside of previously purchased video cards at Micro Center, we do not offer any additional trade-in or buy-back services. As this was not a standalone graphics card purchase, this is not eligible for the GPU trade-in.
