I’m wondering if the 7800x3d is a good cpu for streaming and gaming at the same time. I saw some people say it is good, others say the 7950x3d is better. Keep in mind, i will be getting the 4080 Super once it releases to pair with the 7800x3d or 7950x3d. Also any other recommendations would be appreciated.

Greetings,
Either of those processors would be great for streaming and gaming. The 7950x3d is slightly better performance wise looking at benchmarks such as https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-9-7950X3D-vs-AMD-Ryzen-7-7800X3D/m2052977vsm2081998
