How to change RAM mhz on my Omen 30L?

So I tried to upgrade my ram today from the 16gb 3200mhz RAM that was installed in my prebuilt pc I bought a few years ago, an Omen 30L. I purchased 32gb of 3200mhz GSkill ripjaws ram and installed it. The thing is the RAM is running at 2666mhz. I booted into the BIOS to change the mhz but was unable to. I searched some videos and the BIOS these people had was different than mine even though we had the same prebuilt. I read that there was a new BIOS update and it allowed access to change the RAM speed. I attempted to update my BIOS on the HP website but the installer said the BIOS update I was trying to install was older than what I currently had installed which is weird because I am unable to change my RAM speed. Anyone able to help me either update my BIOS or show me where I am going wrong in navigating my current BIOS installation?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
