Black PLA and PLA+ Filament Qty. Anyone else having problems?

Before the store opened I would normally order all my filament online. But when a store open in the state I started buying the Inland brand and the majority of it has been fine. However, in the last two months I been having problems with black PLA and PLA+. Both have been very brittle and breaks off easily when the roll gets about half way through. All other colors have been fine except black. My dry box that I store all my filament is at a consistent at 20% humidity or lower but averages 20% and when I use the filament in my printer it's in a dry box as well and it at 13% humidity. Like I said it's only the black that's been a problem other Inland colors (white, green, silk gold and cyan) not a problem under the same conditions. It's seems to be a problem with the black and I was wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

I haven't heard of any specific issues with this filament, is this just happening with a singular spool of filament that you have?

@Ian No it's happened with multiple spools of black and right now it both 2-PLA and 2-PLA+. White, Blue, Green, Red and other colors haven't had a problem. All in the same dry box and system.

Got it, does it continue to occur when printing at different temperatures as well?
