Needing a new server for work

Hello, all. I'm looking for a CURRENT replacement for our old server we're looking to replace. This is what we currently have (taken off the bid sheet we went with years ago):

(1) HP ProLiant ML350 G6 Special Server - Server - tower - 5U - 2-way - 1 x Xeon E5620 I 2.4 GHz - RAM 4 GB - SAS -hot-swap 3.5" - no HOD - DVD -ATI ESlO00 - Gigabit Ethernet - Monitor: none - Smart Buy 600425-005

(2) HP Entry - Hard drive - 250 GB - hot-swap - 3.5" - SATA-300 - 7200 rpm 571230-b21

(4 )HP Midline - Hard drive - 1 TB - internal - SATA-300 - 7200 rpm 684058-B21

(1 )Electronic HP Care Pack Next Business Day Hardware Support - Extended service agreement - parts and labor - 5 years -on-site

3 4GB memory

1 Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard -

1 MS Server Cals

The only software we use on the server is our Sage Accounting software with 5 users.

Our computer people tell us that a mini-server may do what we need. Any suggestions?
