I need advice on motherboards I know next to nothing about computers

I really need some advice and recommendation on a motherboard please 

I'm building well buying my misses a surprise computer for our anniversary in two months 

Our computer is some all in one 8 years old at least so last month I've been gathering as much info from her and researching online to get her a new computer for her to build 

I thought I was going to buy Gigabyte B650 AORUS elite AX thought I had the entire build ready to order did one more review check before buying 

Then found loads of complaints about it having coil whine and many recommend not buying it 

Looked online more and just genuinely have no idea now 

So any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated here is the build I have so far

To be honest, I think the Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX would work perfectly fine in your build. Most of the complaints about coil whine seems to be from the B650M mATX variant of the board.
