What happens if the date they say the can fix my computer it’s not done

I dropped my computer off this Monday on 01/08/2024 and still have yet to heard any feed back etc I just would like to know what’s going on as I paid a lot of money for the parts all from microcenter I’ve been patient but there has to be a Better way to communicate pc has been in diagnostics for four days is kinda absurd with no update whatsoever I took it here because it’s the best most trusted now I’m starting to worry

To add to this, you can go to the service website: https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/repair-order.aspx and put in your SV number from the repair check-in information provided in-store to get a status update as well.
