Games crashing on new Powerspec G474

Purchased a Powerspec G474 about a month ago, and ran into issues with blue screening within a few days. I took it into the store and it was replaced with a new one for me. After about a week with my new pc, I'm running into issues when trying to run hardware intensive triple A games like call of duty, apex legends, and fortnite. Each of these games are crashing upon start-up before even getting to their main menus. I've tried all of the fixes I can find online, but nothing works and I don't think it's a game issue since I'm having trouble booting up different games across both steam and epic games. Is there any way for me to identify and fix this issue from home, or do I need to bring my pc into the store again? Any help would be appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
