How to turn internal lights back on (PowerSpec B744)?

Hi all. I have a PowerSpec B744. The internal lights on the fans turned off when I installed a firewire card, which I've since removed. How can I get the lights to come on? Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

Any chance you might of knocked the RGB cable out? It's on the bottom of the board, right of the audio cable. It'd be right below those bottom PCIe slots.
