Does my online order still get honored?
I just placed an online pickup order for my local store and i get an email after processing that two items are out of stock, if a truck comes with these two items on it will they be reserved for me when they get there? or will i have to get lucky and get them off the shelf before someone else?

If the items were marked as out of stock at time of reservation, then they would not be re-checked. The updated reservation will be available thru the specified timeframe in your order confirmation email in-store. For the other items, if you see a re-stock on the website for the cancelled items, then we would suggest to place a new reservation at that time.
