Need Help with other pc parts

Hey so i have a budget of around 3600$ and i am planning for i9-14900k and asus tuf 4090. I need help in deciding other CPU parts , if anyone can suggest me parts that would be great. The budget of 3600$ is only for cpu and i am planning to buy the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM monitor apart from this. Do help me with some parts please. My main use will be for 3D Animation and VFX and apart from this i will be gaming as well.

if you are going to go for a 14900k build I would for sure get a Aio for the CPU cooler, the Lian Li Galahad II Performance 360 would be a good option.
