Apple ID removed.

I purchased a MacBook there about a year ago but my problem with it is that, my little brother deactivated the Apple ID which it's still signed into and I am not able to sign out of it now. I try reaching Apple support but couldn't get any help from them. I hoping you guys can help me out. By the way I purchased the accidental protection plan for the laptop

What is the exact message you see when trying to sign in or out from Apple? That may help us get some clarity on exactly what the issue is.

It says( invalid icloud id or doesn't exist ) something like that sorry I try my best to remember the right message

How exactly was the account deactivated? Unfortunately at Micro Center, we would not have a way to view information about Apple IDs. You may want to review the Apple website for additional information and support about accounts with Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/105023
