I purchased a MacBook there about a year ago but my problem with it is that, my little brother deactivated the Apple ID which it's still signed into and I am not able to sign out of it now. I try reaching Apple support but couldn't get any help from them. I hoping you guys can help me out. By the way I purchased the accidental protection plan for the laptop
What is the exact message you see when trying to sign in or out from Apple? That may help us get some clarity on exactly what the issue is.
